【摘要】:Thisstandarddealswiththesafetyofelectrictoys.Thisstandardalsoappliestoelectricconstructionalsets,electricfunctionaltoysandtoexperimentalsets.NOTERequirementsforexperimentalsetsaregiveninAnnexH.Toysusingelectricityforfunctionsotherthantheprincipalfunctionarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE1Adoll'shousehavinganinteriorlampisanexampleofsuchtoys.NOTE2Thesupplyvoltagemaybeobtainedfromaseparatetransformerfortoysorfrombatterieswhichmaybecontainedwithinthetoyorinabatterybox.NOTE3Transformersfortoysandbatterychargersarenotconsideredtobeatoy,evenifsuppliedwithit.Ifthepackaginginwhichthetoyissoldisalsointendedtobeplayedwith,itisconsideredtobepartofthetoy.NOTE4Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto—portablechild-appealingluminaires(EN60598-2-10).Furthermore,withrespecttoAnnexIoftheECdirectiveconcerningthesafetyoftoys,thisstandarddoesnotapplyto—christmasdecorations;—scalemodelsforadultcollectors;—equipmentintendedtobeusedcollectivelyinplaygrounds;—sportsequipment;—aquaticequipmentintendedtobeusedindeepwater:—folkdollsanddecorativedollsandothersimilararticlesforadultcollectors;—professionaltoysinstalledinpublicplaces(shoppingcentres,stations,etc.);—fireworks,includingpercussioncaps;—setsofdartswithmetallicpoints;—ovens,ironsorotherfunctionalproductssuppliedatavoltageexceeding24V;—productscontainingheatingelementsintendedforuseunderthesupervisionofanadultinateachingcontext;—vehicleswithcombustionengines;—toysteamengines;—bicyclesdesignedforsportorfortravelonthepublichighway;—videotoyswhichcanbeconnectedtoavideoscreen,andwhicharesuppliedatavoltageexceeding24V;—faithfulreproductionsofrealfirearms;—fashionjewelleryforchildren.Forhazardsotherthanthosecausedbyelectricity,EN71isapplicable.NOTE5Additionalrequirementsfortoysincorporatinglasersandlightemittingdiodes(LEDs)aregiveninAnnexI.
