【摘要】:ThispartofISO14531specifiesthephysicalpropertiesandmechanical-performancerequirementsforcrosslinkedpolyethylene(PE-X)pipesintendedforuseinthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Inaddition,itlaysdowndimensionalrequirementsandspecifiessomegeneralmaterialproperties(includingchemicalresistance)togetherwithaclassificationschemeforPE-Xproducedintheformofpipe.ThispartofISO14531,whenusedinconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofISO14531,isapplicableasthebasisforthedesign,manufactureandinstallationofPE-Xpipingsystems(PE-Xpipes,PE-Xfusionfittingsandmechanicalfittings)forthesupplyofcategoryDandcategoryEhydrocarbon-basedfuels(seeISO13623)ata)maximumoperatingpressures(MOPs)uptoandincluding16bar;b)amaximumoperatingtemperatureof+60℃;c)aminimumoperatingtemperatureofi)-50℃ii)-35℃iii)-20℃.ThispartofISO14531mayalsobeusedinconjunctionwiththerestrictedspecificationforPEheat-fusionfittingsdetailedinISO14531-2tosupporttheintroductionofahybridPE-Xpipe/PEfittingsystemforoperationwithinanarrowertemperaturerange(-20℃to+40℃)withamaximumpressureasdeterminedbyISO8085-3.Forinstallation,thisstandardprovidesforthejointingofPE-XfusionfittingsandmechanicalfittingstoPE-Xpipeswithinthetemperaturerange-5℃to+40℃.note:1)1bar=10N/m=100kPa

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinestheminimumfitnessforpurposerequirementsforisolatingvalvestobeusedin,orconnectedto,watersupplypipesystems,aboveorbelowground(seeEN805),carryingwaterintendedforhumanconsumption.Thisstandardspecifiesthedesignrequirements,theperformancerequirements,andtheconformityassessmentmethodforisolatingvalves,whatevertheirtypeandmaterials.Thisstandardappliesinprioritytoanyotherproductorteststandard:therequirementsfromotherstandardsapplyonlywhenthisstandardreferstothem.ThispartofthestandarddealswiththerequirementsapplicabletoisolatingvalvesuptoDN2000andPFA6bartoPFA25bar.
