【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspolyethylene(PE)pipemadeinstandardthermoplasticpipedimensionratiosandpressureratedforwater(seeappendix).IncludedarecriteriaforclassifyingPEplasticpipematerialsandPEplasticpipe,asystemofnomenclatureforPEplasticpipe,andrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,workmanship,dimensions,sustainedpressure,burstpressure,andenvironmentalstresscracking.Methodsofmarkingarealsogiven.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thetextofthisspecificationreferencesnotes,footnotes,andappendixeswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthespecification.Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section7,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
