【摘要】:1ThispartofISO9924specifiesathermogravimetricmethodfordeterminingthetotalorganiccontent,carbonblackcontent,carbonaceousresidueandashinvulcanizatesanduncuredcompoundscontainingpolymerswhichformacarbonaceousresidueonpyrolysis(see1.2).Thelossinmassataround300℃isanapproximateguidetothevolatile-mattercontentofthecompound.2Themethodissuitablefortheanalysisofrubbercompoundsandvulcanizatescontainingthehydrocarbonpolymerscoveredbypart1ofthisInternationalStandardplusthefollowingcopolymerswithpolargroupswhichformacarbonaceousresidueonpyrolysis:a)acrylonitrile-butadienecopolymers(NBRs);b)carboxylatedacrylonitrile-butadienecopolymers(XNBRs);c)hydrogenatedacrylonitrile-butadienecopolymers(HNBRs);d)chlorinatedisobutylene-isoprenecopolymers(ClIRs);e)brominatedisobutylene-isoprenecopolymers(BlIRs).NOTE1Thefieldofapplicationofthemethodmaybeextendedtoincludetheanalysisofcompoundscontainingrubbersdifferentfromthosegiveninthisclauseprovidedthattheapplicabilityofthemethodistestedbeforehandusingknowncompoundsorvulcanizateshavingsimilarcomposition.NOTE2Themethodisnotsuitableforcompoundscontainingmineralfillers,suchascarbonatesorhydratedaluminiumoxides,whichdecomposeinthetemperaturerangefrom25℃to800℃,unlesssuitablecorrectionsbasedonpriorknowledgeoffillerbehaviourcanbemade.NOTE3Themethodisnotsuitableforthedeterminationofthetotalpolymercontentofcompoundscontainingnon-rubberorganicingredientsthatcannotbecompletelyremovedbysolventextractioncarriedoutinaccordancewithISO1407.
